The Women in Engineering, Architecture, and Technology (WEAT) Program supports female students in their pursuit of degrees in engineering, architecture, and technology at Oklahoma State University. WEAT is two-fold in that it has both college and pre-college components that focus on the recruitement, retention, and success of female students.
