Parker Hall Living Learning Community Mentors

Parker Hall is looking for mentors to live in the new community and interact with incoming students. Applications are still open.
 

About the Parker Mentorship

CEAT Freshmen Living Learning Communities and Programs are expanding to include all rooms in Parker Hall for the 2017-2018 Academic year. To assist in cultivating a community atmosphere and providing guidance for our incoming CEAT freshmen class, we are looking for 40 mentors (10/floor) to build relationships by living in close proximity with our new students. The mentors will be required to live in Parker Hall and if selected will receive a $1,000 ($500/semester) housing scholarship.

Eligibility

  • Must be a CEAT Student in at least Sophomore standing by Fall of 2017
  • All CEAT majors are encouraged to apply
  • A minimum GPA of 2.75 is required
  • Must live in Parker Hall for 2017-2018 Academic Year
  • Commitments will be to participate in monthly programming events and interact with Freshmen as a mentor
